Alice In Wonderland

Well I watched the new Tim Burton film 'Alice In Wonderland' yesterday, so I think I'll give you my opinion.
*Some parts of this are vague but I don’t want to give away any spoilers.

This version I think is very different then other 'AliceIWL' films.
It follows Alice as she re-visits Wonderland and takes a different story then other older AIWL films.

The backgrounds are amazing and I loved the characters,
but in a way, I find the characters where the only thing that really made the film
'pop', as all of them had their own quirky touch and action which they all play very well.

This didn’t seem to me like a typical 'Tim Burton' film and didn’t seem like his usual demented, twistedness which could have easily been done with this film, as the originals where kinda 'creepy' in a way anyway haha~
Some characters parts and scenes I think could have been taken to a more extreme level (like parts from the Mad Hatter) and could have brought it back to the whole Tim Burton freak-show xD~
I guess it dulled down slightly for kids that are watching, doesn’t want to traumatise them haha xD~
Another little moan is that the ending parts which bring a different fairy tale mix seemed to draw out too long and lost the whole AIWL feel and flow as you watch.

But overall besides the small moans I really liked the film, and thought it was definitely worth watching because of the character acting, backgrounds and scenery, the new twist to 'AIWL' and just because it’s another Tim Burton film!! :)
