Blogging

Ah I'm finding blogging a little bit of a struggle lately.
I have absolutely no motivation to do it.
Typing isn't hard it's finding stuff to blog about, thats hard.
I mean I would post about my recent art that I've posted on deviantART, but the quality of them are pretty bad so I don't feel as if I should....what do any of you think?? :D

Waterstones TokyoPop Manga Recon 2011

Well today (14th September 2011) was the yearly (I think) Waterstones Tokyopop manga ReCon.
This is a very small event that doesn't really have a lot in it and has been running, if I remember correctly 4 years now but is OK to go to....(maybe not anymore as it seems to have gone very much down hill!)
But seeming as I only really have bad things to say about it this year, I'll just get straight on with photos I took! :)~

New Art- 'That Green Colour'

Hey! Well I havent really posted done  a 'new art' post in a while now.....well what I mean by that is one withouth a tutorial hah.

Falling art:- Digital anime art tutorial

Right so in my previous post I said I was going to be posting a digital art tutorial for my latest art piece, 'Falling Apart'.
The program I used to make this was only Photoshop CS2. Tools I used was a Wacom Bamboo fun tablet and pen.
*The techniques I show here are what I find best, you can try and find your own way, by using these techniques.
*I am using a tablet so, things will be different for  people that do not have one!
*Please click on the images to enlarge, for more explaination!

*I would say this style is a combination of realism and anime.

So lets begin this digital anime art tutorial!

Wow, I've not typed a random post on here for a while now haha. But! 
I was thinking of starting a new blogspot blog about every artistically  'inspiring' thing that I have seen or done during a week or a day or month...whenever, and compiling them in blog posts, with photos, music of the day or whatever I feel was inspiring haha... It wont take over or replace my current blog here, nor will it contain any of the things that is seen in here, but it will be hopefully more of an 'on going' daily or weekly string of posts.

I don't know how well it will work, but it will contain things like, what I've seen, what I wore that day, something that may have happened or done and so on.
It definitely wont be a life story thing, nor a personal 'diary' haha....that's just not me!
It will just be things that I may have found 'inspiring' or could even be hopefully be inspiring to others, to get those 'creative juices' flowing and maybe get them out of the tedious thing of 'art block' haha...
So yeah, if you are interested please let me know in the comments section below and I will hopefully get started on this next week or so :D~

So this  is called 'Eye of Emptiness'. The inspiration I got for this was by looking at a cover of a sketch book which had a portrait of a women, made in pencil.

New Art....

Well, it this again. Me and my new art....that isnt really all that new....
Ok so first one is called,

'Is it Raining?'

 This is a different style I tried, making it slightly more realistic and using hints of colour. The look I wanted with this is an old fashioned english, with a modern twist, I dont know if I have really shown that....hopefully I have haha :).

The next is a kind of continueation of the previous called 'Is it raining?....Nope....'

Anime digital art tutorial

Well I shall be telling you how I make a digital anime art painting using a scanner, Photoshop and a cheap graphics tablet, which is a Wacom Bamboo fun.

*All this is from what I know to do easiest, I am not the best and there will probably be much better ways of doing this, mine just comes as an example for techniques.
